Baked again today. Missed the NY Bagels, haven’t had them for a while and nobody in Malta seems to carry them - so I decided to experiment on my own. Was going to go crazy, the dough stuck everywhere - just waiting for them to cool enough to bite into….

Bored at home, was cleaning my lenses and equipment when some bokeh cought my eye… I quickly put down the lend, grabbed the camera, took the shot in an instant and it was gone….
